It was raining when I picked up my ute, I didn’t actually go around the vehicle with any of the salesmen, Once I got down the road I realised it was nearly out of fuel, (I messaged about this and was sent $100 fuel voucher) Also had a warning light firing on the dash, I got that problem fixed and was reimbursed by Trust motors for the cost, And an indicator doesn’t work ??????? Pretty happy with the overall experience from Trust, Maybe just use a bit less silicon on the interior as every surface is so slippery it’s actually dangerous. Cheers

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Everest 2.0 Bi-Turbo from Trust Motors, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I first made an inquiry on Friday night, and by Saturday morning, my finance approval was already sorted. The whole process was incredibly fast and smooth. We simply went in for a test drive, and everything was straightforward and stress-free. A huge thank you to Nick, Cy, and Jonathan (the owner) for making us feel so welcome. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to deal with. They even went above and beyond by paying for our Uber ride from Silverdale to Papatoetoe, which we really appreciated. The showroom was also cozy, welcoming, and the free coffee was a nice touch! And of course, the Everest itself is amazing. I absolutely love the modifications Trust Motors has done to it. They really took it to the end game, it looks tough, aggressive, and like an absolute beast. I honestly don’t feel like I need to upgrade anything anymore. ?? For my first car, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I’m extremely happy with the vehicle and even happier with the service I received. Thank you to the whole Trust Motors team for making our car-buying experience such a great one. I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends and family who are looking for their dream car. +We cannot say enough about this company, from start to finish they were outstanding in their performance. The communication was excellent , when we ran into trouble they were there for us. This would be the only car dealership I would ever highly recommend. Prior to using them I had a very low opinion of car dealers.
