There’s a very cool vibe at Trust Motors, they made purchasing a new car not stressful at all and were very accommodating of us bringing our baby and toddler to look at cars! Was awesome all the way up until I wasn't able to swap my 2nd choice back to the first pre approved vehicle even though it was made out that it would be sorted upon arrival......when I arrived in Auckland I was told there was a problem?? incurring $$ cancellatio n costs to change the contract to preferred vehicle. I was however told I could trade it in in a few months to avoid cost but we all know that you lose $ on trade ins. I was fully impressed with this company the customer service, everything until I arrived in Auckland from Te Puke to be told that....felt like I was forced into it.
