Very patient due to email problems on my end, very helpful, excellent customer service

Everything went smoothly with no hassles

Not Great. I had to chase sales staff for replies to my enquiries and post-sale service was terrible. Had to ask where all the charging cables were and the staff member who was allocated this sale was rude and obtuse towards me asking him to follow up, claimed as he was away on the day I purchased it wasn't his problem, someone else was dealing with it. I tried to contact that person, they said they'd ring me back and I'm still waiting. I ended up contacting another dealership to answer my questions and they were much more helpful. When I buy again, I'll probably go through them instead of Turners who were rude and dismissive of me as a customer. I had to query the Customer Information Notice and ask for it to be updated/corrected, which I know has to be correct for a legal sale, and wasn't. Seemed to be a hassle to correct it but they eventually did (I wasn't signing any legal document that I knew to be incorrect) and I signed these with the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Then three times this week I have received emails with the original, incorrect CIN and Sale & Purchase Agreement with a request for me to sign this. I called the staff member who was listed as the contact for the vehicle that I had purchased, and he said, "oh, ignore that" and I have received the same email again, twice, after that conversation. I was disappointed with the level of service and care shown towards both the sale and myself as a customer.
