A very hit and miss experience. Bought a car at a decent price but didn't get the feeling of getting a deal. Top tip, customers like to feel like they're getting a good deal. So a bit of flexibility around even offering a fuel voucher or similar would go a long way.

Trade-in Process

All staff were friendly and had good knowledge in their area. This is the second car I have brought from value cars knowing the service and variety of cars is excellent. I didn't even bother to look elsewhere.
