The only comment I have is that at times it was difficult to find anyone on the floor to talk to. Whilst it is great that you are able to wander around and look at the cars without being pestered, when you did have a question there never seemed to be anyone to even attract attention from. After I had taken the car out for a test drive, I waited a long time before anyone attended to me- there was just no-one around. This would not put me off coming to Value Cars in the future as this is the 3rd car I have purchased from you and I have been well satisfied with the service and cars I received.

The process felt accessible and positive at each step of the buying. As we were purchasing from another city, but a family member would be using it locally, one brief visit, a drive, and an AA car check later, we have successfully purchased. We were impressed with the team in CHCH, who were friendly, helpful, and felt the transaction was fair, transparent, and very helpful in getting some minor tweaks done after the AA check came through. Peace of mind for us parents buying for our young person. Thank you all, very much appreciated Brent and team.
