Service was good and prompt, only issue is the battery needs replacing 2 weeks after purchasing vehicle

The sales person did not provide the spare key that i asked for, it took 5 days to get 2x tyres put on which had to come from Auckland, Not happy with the deal at all

Thanks for your feed back David. We feel this feedback is unfair. To receive a one star review for service when we feel we have gone above and beyond is not justified. We delivered the vehicle free of charge directly to your home, filled it with a full tank fuel, gave you a $1000 discount on the car and put a band new set of rear tires. You specifically requested a brand of tires to be put on at our cost that wasn't available in Christchurch which takes extra time for them to arrive. Not all used cars come with a spare key this was pointed out at time of sale and was fully disclosed when you decided to buy the car.
