200 watt solar panel mounted on roof, and recently installed a new 100Ah AGM Deep cycle battery, with receipt and 6 months warranty left The 2 starter batteries turn over the motor no problem. The fridge is 3 way, AC, DC, and LPG, I would estimate the fridge would flatten the solar battery within a day, so LPG is great if away from mains power. Solar battery would run the lights phone charging, TV etc for days if needed

Has spare set of keys for Ignition and Doors

All windows open except one in the top bed area.

There has been some water damage in the top bed area below the windows at some stage in its life, as per photos, I have siliconed any potential leak bits on outside and both now completely dry, and has been outside facing some pretty bad wind and rain recently. Been under cover for 10 years previous to that.
