The Renthal(R) Twinwall(R) motocross handlebar features a patented tube within a tube design borrowed from aircraft design principles to achieve the highest strength possible in a moto handlebar.

DESIGN
The Twinwall consists of two aluminium alloy tubes, one within the other. This design gives the handlebar additional strength and security, making Twinwall the toughest handlebar available.
TESTING
Testing plays an important role during the development and production of each Renthal Handlebar.
MANUFACTURE
Manufactured exclusively within the Renthal Factory by Renthal manufacturing employees. The Twinwall undergoes a 29-step process that sees raw tubing come in and finished handlebars leave the factory.
