Premium build. Base: factory manual MY2000 320i, road going quality and maintained vehicle. ODO 99,000 miles when converted to race car.
Every single bolt / bush is brand new/refreshed, complete and total renovation. Over 80k spent to build (incl access to my own workshop at zero $/hour labour). Purpose of build was to be a reliable and usable endurance (1+ hour) race car. If there was a choice in part, the most expensive was always used.
Medium Case Differential.
Probably the most fussy build in existence.
Has completed numerous (5 or 6) test days during improvements. 1 x Endurance race weekend (1 hour race, 30 minutes quali). Otherwise no further hours on fresh build.
Oil changed after every outing.
