Description
Retirement sale, Proven race winning car methodically dialled in over our 10 years of ownership. A labour of love carried out by my retired lifelong mechanic father in the first 10 years of his retirement. Was twin turbo V6 rough as guts when we bought it, but now the only things he hasn't upgraded is the window glass and the wrap on the roof. Reluctant sale, but time and age has caught up with the owners. Complete package including everything from the trailer and all the spares to the brand new suit, HANS brace, & race radio. Fill with fresh fuel and go racing straight away. 1989 Holden Commodore with reconditioned LS1 and T56 gearbox with genuine ripshifter. (Ozzy V8 ute type) Only done approx. 15 full race meetings since completion Engine built with new rings and bearings, reconditioned heads, cam, double row chain, LS 7 lifters and buckets, rocker trunion upgrade, new oil and water pumps, aeroflow gated and baffled sump, new headers, heavy duty single plate clutch, huge accusump, oil cooler, power steer cooler, cold air intake, 10 wheels (one damaged), 4x new Kumhos used twice, 2x new Pirellis used once, and a set of used semi slicks, Eaton positrac diff centre, two diff ratios, Jaz fuel cell, new fire extinguisher, new belts, Adrenalin R mufflers, tuned by Jonathan Harman to a safe 400 rwhp on NPD 100 gas. NZV8 spec spring rates and sway bars front and rear, rose jointed lower front arms for nagative camber adjustment, OBP pedal box with bias adjuster, brake bias guages make balance a science, not a guess, 6 pot AP calipers and huge brembo rotors on front, VT commodore calipers on rear near new rotors all round, all brakes are fully ducted with under car scoops for the rear and huge scoops in the splitter for the front. Note how the wind cant go around the front of the splitter, but gets forced into the ducts!! (My Dad saw that on the front of the gen 3 supercar splitters and made our own) Motul RBF 660 brake fluid used, remote oil filter, Too much more to list, phone me for more info if you're serious.
