Description
This replica Lotus Eleven (often referred to as the Lotus 11) is an iconic lightweight sports racing car introduced by Lotus Cars in 1956.
Originally Designed by founder Colin Chapman, the Eleven became legendary for its aerodynamic shape, featherlight tubular frame, and nimble handling, achieving immense success in international motorsport.
This example was painstakingly built by John McGregor of McGregor Motorsport in Christchurch. John utilised Chapman's own drawings to be as close to the original as possible, whilst bringing the suspension and drive-train into the 21st century.
