Description
Vauxhall Victor Classic OSCA car. NZ first OSCA car to run in 1971-72. Built by Alex Dickie and his father in North canterbury. This car was built during the transition from Allcomers to OSCA. NZRDA ( MANZ ) ruled against modified body profiles as seen in allcomers , new ruling stated that cars are to have factory body profiles. Alex had been running the Anglia corvette in allcomers, this car became the donor car and it's running gear was transferred into the newly acquired Victor. Ran successfully during the 70's & 80's with Don Elvy winning the OSCA championship in 1988. Later car was sold and sat for about 18 years. Car was purchased and mechanically rebuilt. Hasn't been over restored, still showing original bruises, cuts, stitching as a old tin top should. Most paint still dates back to 80's. Fitted with a period correct 350 chev, Jerico transmission and 8 inch diff. MSD, dry sumped, etc etc.log book. for more info please call phone number attached,
