Austin Other Cambridge A55 1958

With regret, I now have to pass this project on to someone that will have the passion to see it through to completion.

This vehicle has undergone major construction and Modifications. Vehicle has been fully sandblasted, rust was cut out and fabricated to match. Including: New inner and outer sill panels. Rear panel and other small sections. Inner floor and firewall has been fully removed from the car. Custom 75 x 50 x 3mm chassis clip has been added to the rear with a triangulated 4 link suspension setup. QA1 double adjustable rear coil-overs. Custom aluminium fuel tank with inbuilt pump hanger. Front has been tube framed with roll cage tubing and incorporated into the front of the car. Custom front cross member with VK Holden front suspension components and custom power steer rack.

Vehicle has had approval from LVVTA to be certified on the road including staying as its original registration as an Austin A55

Vehicle comes with all new chrome bumpers (not photographed – wrapped up) & trims etc ($10K worth) BRand new door cards and head lining This car will still need finishing fabrication work, wiring, panel and paint, brakelines, fuel lines & certification.
