351 CLEVELAND V8 IN A 1949 CITROEN TRACTION

I've owned this rad as Citroen for too many years now and still never got round to getting it legal and back on the road so on she must go I need my shed space back

Originally on a paper Declaration running a 400 blown hemi she went dead in the system in the 90's.

I successfully applied for the paper work for it to be re-entered back into the reg system with it's old plate number so that the continued build can be done on existing vehicle modifications, rather than a "new build". This makes it a lot easier for the next owner.

Basically the best way to sort it would be purchase NEW hotrod parts from the steering wheel, shaft, all linkages/droparms etc and replace the old holden stuff. Plus originally when built they welded the steering shaft to firewall which is a no no. Also the brakes would need an upgrade

I have all the paperwork, build photo's from 1984 when John Peck built this beast, some hotrod magazines from it was featured a couple of times back in the day, spare front and rear glass, books, etc etc

She stars and runs awesome (New Edlebrock electric choke carby fitted 2 years ago) (it does suffer from stale fuel from sitting though) and can be driven and is super fun to drive and sounds farrrkn good with the twin laker pipes.

Absolutely NO rust in it anywhere.

No proof other than wordsay but the 351 Clevo was apparantly fully rebuilt and has a mild cam...no proof other that your eyes and ears

A reasonable job for the right person or buy it to part her out (And i'd really rather no one does that!!) but either way she must go to a new home. No fk arounds, no million questions i've described it as best I can there's a few out there that do know this car and hopefully can see her potential. NZ hot rodding history like this ol girl needs to be preserved!
