Project Lotus 7 Replica - based on a UK designed Formula 27 about 25 years ago. Chassis / frame as per pictures. Rover V8 with manual gearbox Additional equipment:- Engine hoist, engine stand (still in box) Arc welder with several helmets Wheels, diff, driveshaft and other items as per boxes (see pictures). Books, 3 dedicated to the Rover V8 and Haynes Build your own Sports Car Chris Gibbs This project has been in storage for 20 years, my enthusiasm faded a long time ago and I'm now 75 with different interests and need the garage space.

He was fine with the brazed chassis but did not like the front inboard rocker suspension so that was changed to McGregor Motorsport wishbone suspension. A few years later the LVVTA disallowed that version of McGregor wishbones for cars yet to be certified. I lost enthusiasm when that happened. Seller comment Wednesday, 7 January 2026
