2010 XR6 Ford Falcon ute

This 2010 XR6 Ford.Falcon ute, has been deregistered following an accident where my Insurance company deemed it a write-off. This is primarily was due to damage to the left B Pillar and the deployment of the side passenger airbag. The vehicle is mobile and given the damage was only on the left hand side, I was able to drive home from accident, with no issue. The accident was the result of 2 American tourists just both minutes into the country and driving a rental car, failing to giveaway at a roundabout (I suspect he looked the opposite way) and plowed into the passenger side of my vehicle. The vehicle is being sold as is, with 3 original rims & the spare wheel. Should u wish to purchase a set of mags I have a 5 month old set with tyres available for extra. Market value of the vehicle is $24,700.00.

I have owned the ute for 4 years and it has done 207,000 kms. In that time, it has been regularly serviced, the hanger bearing was replaced and the front brake rotors were new just weeks before the accident. Both the Barra motor and the gearbox run like a dream.

In the pictures is a copy of an assessment quote from Peak, Panel and Paint in Te Puke, made out for my Insurance company. A few items listed will not be necessary due to it being for an insurance company and parts can be sourced at a cheaper price as stated in the quote. To reregister the vehicle it is between $500 & $1000, after the repairs are completed. Much of the preparation before the pillar is straightened can be done by anyone with basic skills, reducing costs. I can assure any buyer they are purchasing a great vehicle, I would still be driving it, had it not been for the accident.
