Description
We have a room available for rent in our 4-bedroom, two-storey home. The house is located on a corner property with plenty of parking available outside.
The room is upstairs, positioned in the corner of the house, right next to a shared bathroom, with the shared toilet just across the hall. These facilities will mostly be used by you, except when we occasionally have guests over.
You’ll be living with a friendly Kiwi-Asian couple and our older Pomeranian dog, who spends most of the day sleeping. We’re looking for someone who is dog-friendly, but we prefer no additional pets in the house.
We both work from home running our business, so we’re hoping to find a tenant who is clean, respectful, and mindful of a peaceful home environment.
