Description
With the dream of having a holiday house at the beach such a far away expectation now for many this Batch was created for family, friends and comfort. It has been enjoyed by our family of 4 comfortably, the 2 pensioners enjoying some time away, the quick overnight stay so the boys can go fishing early in the morning and then the "here are the keys to D14 - go unwind for the weekend vibes!"
Such low maintenance its lovely to walk into and nothing needs doing.
Open plan living and kitchen, so you can keep a eye on the cooking while relaxing in the recliner chairs watching the tv, snuggled in comfort with the heat pump / air con to make sure your beer stays at the correct temp all year round.
Kitchen has floor to ceiling panty, loads of storage, Gas oven and hobs and fridge/ freezer.
Lounge area hosts x4 recliner and lift chairs a must at a beach - no need to over do anything! Heat-pump, ceiling fan and tv.
Bathroom built for the big boned side of our family with a generous 1mtr x 1mtr shower with incredible pressure (thanks to Gas hot water) and then built for the older generation of the family is the raised toilet (game changer I tell you) vanity with 2 draws and great storage behind the door.
Main Bedroom has a raised Queen bed with mega storage underneath - fabulous area for winter blankets etc. Also another Tv (incase you are being forced to watch sport and you need to catch up on trashy tv instead) Another ceiling fan and large double wardrobe with shelving.
2nd bedroom has a set of single bunks and a desk (just incase you really have to check in a work occasionally) This is where the stick vacuum lives too, for when you have a spare few mins for the housework part of the day!
The whole house house has tinted windows, security latches on the double glazed windows and privacy blinds. There is a clothes line on the side (washing machine access in the camp)
Unfortunately for us this is a deceased estate so a walk in / walk out sale is offered with all the furnishings, linen and kitchenware included etc. Although we used the property for private use there is the option to rent it privately (or through the camp - terms and conditions to be discussed with them directly) No permanent residency is aloud.
