mikech (514 Sunday, 20 December 2020this provider is very quick to get the job and they do a good job, i was delivered a kitchen unit with a faulty drawer handle but the refuse ti send a new one. i will have to replace all handles to fix this problem. its a bit dissapoining concidering its a faulty drawer handle
Trader responded Monday, 21 December 2020Hi Mike, as we said in previous emails, the handle is supposed to be plain colour. It is not like you described as product faulty or should be pattern or threads handles. From the photo you sent us, the handle is fine without product faulty, it is not broken or scratched. So we will not send a replacement, please be fair, thanks.
