We will ship from the office using Aramex of NZ Post, in a courier satchel or box. If your item fits in a bubble-wrapped satchel, the courier cost will be $7.80 (RD addresses not included).

Please ensure you are buying the correct parts and contact us before you buy if you are unsure. Sales cancelled after the part(s) have been dispatched, will be treated as a request to return the parts. We require a copy of the sales invoice when returning parts. All parts accepted for return will be inspected as to completeness. If any item of the part is missing, the refund will be declined. All returns accepted for refund will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus GST. Freight charges are not refundable. Valid returns have a time limit of 7 days from the date of purchase for return.
