The Sika MultiSeal Self Adhesive Tape is a self-adhesive, rubber modified, bituminous sealing tape for the sealing of cracks and joints in many common domestic and commercial situations. It consists of an aluminium foil reinforced by a polyester film and coated with a coldadhesive bituminous compound. It's used to seal cracks and joints on roofs, exterior walls, terraces and inside the house.

- Density: 1.2 - 1.5 g/cm³ (+20°C)
- Layer Thickness: ~1.2 mm (incl. aluminium foil of ~ 0.05 mm)
- Fire Rating: B2 according to DIN 4102
- Service Temperature: -20°C to +70°C
