Mopar A833 Hemi 4-Speed (18-Spline) Iron Bellhousing & Clutch

For sale is a complete, heavy-duty Mopar 4-speed setup. This is the "Hemi Box" (18-spline input), the strongest 4-speed transmission Chrysler ever produced.

This package is ready to bolt in—no waiting for imports, no unknown condition risks.

The Package Includes:

Transmission: A833 18-Spline Input Shaft "Hemi" Gearbox.

Condition: Mint. Professionally rebuilt with receipts included (new bearings, synchros, seals, machining,clutch). Anything that need doing was done, HRN in Christchurch carried out the works.

Bellhousing: Original Cast Iron Mopar Bellhousing (highly desirable for restoration). I think it is anyway, someone out there might know if this is a Mopar Bellhousing or not - Its current setup has an adapter plate to fit a 350chev (unusual setup I know)

Clutch: Brand new 18-spline clutch assembly.

Output: Heavy-duty 30-spline output shaft (Standard for Hemi/440 applications).

Why this box: This is not the standard 23-spline unit found in small blocks; this is the heavy-duty unit designed for 426 Hemis and 440s. It features the larger input shaft bearing and stronger gearset. Perfect for a high-horsepower build or a period-correct restoration of a B-Body or E-Body muscle car.
