This is a brand new OEM style front lip to suit Nissan Skyline R33 GTR's genuine , it is PU Plastic NOT fibreglass. These fit perfectly onto R33 GT-Rs and yes it is made from Polyurethane ( PU ) plastic and NOT from fibreglass which can break and chip so easily. These are high quality, you won't be disappointed. It is perfect for when you are needing a replacement lip for your Skyline for whatever the reason! This front lip mounts up with high quality bolts ( which are provided ) and the mounting brackets are stronger than that of the genuine ones.
