Drop boxes are designed to correct your steering geometry when raised suspension has been fitted, these drop boxes from Roadsafe 4WD have been designed with a number of key features.

Why drop boxes are better than bushes or plates. When you have lifted your suspension the front wheel is pulled back in to the guard, and the radius arm is now in an raked position creating an undesired affect on steering, handling & suspension performence. Without the correct caster the vehicle will wander over the road, and bump steer when hitting objects in the road. Drop boxes will lower the rear of the radius arm at the chassis end allowing the shock & coil to do their job correctly of absorbing the impact, instead of sending it up through the radius arm into the chassis and therefore your comfort, with your suspension geometry back to factory settings with your preferred suspension lift.
