RACKSTUDS Series II 100-pack Maroon Smart Rack Mounting System is a universal replacement for cage nuts used to mount IT, Pro A/V, Security, and Teleco equipment in 19" racks. Designed for rails 2.2mm thick, it features longer studs for easier hanging with thicker gear ears, a new nut with a PZ2 screwdriver slot and finger flutes, and improved design for easier insertion and stronger leverage. Tested to work in Chatsworth and Hergo racks, it is backwards compatible with current nuts and washers.

Rackstuds insert from the front and install in seconds without tools, allowing a typical network switch installation in under 55 seconds. Made from Grivory, a metal replacement thermoplastic, they hold equipment up to 20kg (44lbs) and are non-conductive, posing no electrical threat. Colour-coded for easy finding and gentle on equipment, Rackstuds come in two sizes: the best-selling red for square punched rails and the purple for thicker rails in open frames.
