4" Aluminium Full DonutOutside Weld Only AF8610-400 8610-400 Premium T6063 grade aluminium donuts from Aeroflow Performance are used to gain a tighter radius bend than our mandrel-bent tube. Primarily used for tight/compact installations which make it perfect for that custom Intercooler or Exhaust systems that require tight bends and corners. The donut can be cut at any degree of bend needed. These donuts will not corrode or rust like coated or painted steel pipes and are much lighter than stainless pipes. Aeroflow's aluminium, when welding produces contaminant free beads, for a show quality welding job! These donuts have a thick 2mm wall and are sold either by the half or complete full donuts that are welded on the outside only. Available in various sies and all have a 0.75:1 radius.
