With our new and innovative supercharger pulley removal and installation tool, cranking up the boost on your L67 Supercharged can be done right in the comfort of your own garage. The factory press-fit pulley has been pressed on with nearly 40 tonnes of force. With our proven design, removing the OEM pulley and re-fitting our modular hub is almost like a walk in the park. Designed and manufactured right here in-house, many painstaking hours were spent utilising CAD modeling and FEA analysis of different arrangements before we settled on a design that was going to be effective and simple to use. The main plates are laser cut from 16mm thick high strength mild steel to guarantee an even distribution of pressure acting on the pulley without deformation. This results in a clean and precise pushing/pulling motion that can be repeated infinitely without failure. Our unique tool allows you to swap to a smaller pulley in no time without the need of even removing the snout, in turn, saving you big dollars on GM supercharger oil, base gaskets and any other expenses that may arise from installation error.
