SHIPPING INFORMATION
We cannot ship to PO Boxes please provide a physical address for signature delivery.
Orders leave our Mt Wellington store daily (MonFri).
Orders placed before 3pm usually ship the same day.
Urban delivery is typically overnight (MonFri).
Rural delivery usually takes 24 days.
Larger or heavier items may take longer depending on location.
QUESTIONS
We aim to reply as quickly as possible.
If your question arrives after a listing ends, please ask again when the item is relisted if an item sells out in store listings are removed automatically by the system and we may not see the question in time.
RETURNS
If you accidentally order the wrong part, you can return it unopened for store credit.
A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind or incorrectly-ordered parts.
