2021, 4.5 metre twin axle trailer, currently set up as a fully turn key operation, ready to go in Waimarino village, with a prime highway front location on a private leased site. This trailer has been run by us for the last two years on this site. Prior to our ownership it was lightly used as a trainning facility for a polytech. It's had several practical modifications, from new, to make it better for towing, These include chasis stregthening to the tow hitch and Spring mounts. A heavy duty braked tow hitch. Upgraded springs, axles and mechanical trailer brakes. This work alone cost several thousands. Honda EU70 32amp generator with only 600 hours use, plus 15 metre HD power lead is included. This site has a plug for the mains. Hence low use on the Generator. It can come with everything you see in the pics including the utility shed where flags, bean bags, outsoor furniture and games are stored. In addition there's a Chest Deep Freezer and upright double door, commercial fridge. Has built in chillers, gas powered deep fryer and hot plates. Two 18kg Gas bottles. Poweful extraction hood., interlocked with the gas supply. On board fresh and waste water tanks plus electric water heater (Very hot!). Water hoses. Additional equipment includes. Regulary serviced Mazzer Coffe grinder and WEGA two group coffee machine. Pie warmer. Oven and microwave. Chiller display cabinet on custom roll out slides. Toasted Sandwich grill and a PoS system. A single Hamilton Beach, Milkshake maker. All equipment currently in the trailer ,used to run the business is included.e.g. cutlery, storage glassware, jugs, knives, tongs, bowls, safety equipment.
