Description
It's almost there, but with no space to work on it and a baby on the way I've accepted I'm not going to get it done - so you get to put on the finishing touches!
An awesome way to get into classic Alfa / 105 ownership. All the same running gear & so on as a GTV for 1/10th the price! This one was somebody's hot rod once - it has the 2000cc motor in the nicer (I think) 1750 body/interior style, and a limited slip diff as well as what look like custom headers and some sort of upgraded ignition system.
Loads of work done including
- Completely rebuilt front suspension and steering linkages
- New gearbox mount
- New rear shocks
- Carbs rebuilt (DHLA40s)
- All new ignition components and fuel lines
- Fluids and filters all done including new fuel filter/regulator
- New dual circuit brake master (expensive!!) and hard + flexi lines
- New clutch slave cylinder and lines
- Cam chain retensioned
Bumpers, under door trim, plates included - it just doesn't fit in my garage with everything on!
For a WOF as far as I know all it will need is the door and bumpers reattached - I was seriously going to just do that and take it for a WOF but I've got nowhere to store it with the bumpers on, and the council bill me $400 for no WOF/rego (on hold) every time I park it outside, so it's just going to have to go as-is.
