2015 BMW I3 (REX) For Sale - $1R.
Japanese Import into NZ April 2020 (31,500). First NZ Owner in 2021 (32,000). We have owned since June 2022 (38,000). Current Odometer in April 2026 (85,832).
Range is circa 70-80kms of Urban Driving, the Range Extender removes any concerns about anxiety around Auckland.
Range is reflective of the age of the vehicle - BMW batteries are actively cooled, but it's done 85k and is 10 years old now, so it's circa 70% of original capacity which was 100-110kms.
We have used it as an urban city car which has served us well for the past 4 years - however we are selling it as we need more space as we start a family.
We have been diligently maintaining the vehicle since we've owned it.
Details on condition below - we are trying to be open on everything (good and bad), please bid accordingly - note the leaky engine mount.
Good Things: Full service history electronically logged (Gaps are for emissions tests & a cabin filter), Full service history for the past 5 years in NZ (Auckland City BMW & Continental Cars BMW), Upgraded Speakers (Focal IC BMW 100L), Limset Carplay Kit installed (Apple & Android), Dashcam Installed (Blackvue DR750S-2CH), WOF until Jan 2027 (Pictured) REGO until Feb 2027 (Pictured) RUC paid until 90,000 (Pictured)
Bad Things: Scratches to rear right bumper (pictured - prior owners), Minor dings from doors bumping into our doors, Minor dings on front bumper, Mags have been curbed in places (prior owners), Interior is worn (notice drivers side seat & some odd stains on the steering wheel which preceded our ownership of the car), Last WOF noted L/H Engine mount starting to leak (~$2-3k repair depending on repair option and shop) - I would factor this into your bid price and go for your own quotes please.

It's a common repair for the 2014/2015 variants. The quote will vary based on what other work you get done while it's apart (i.e. both engine mount & brackets, or just the LH side one which is problematic composite one). We suggest getting your quote by ringing around or emailing your preferred service center - I am unwilling to suggest a specific shop as the seller but there are excellent service options in Akld. natty (211 • Friday, 1 May 2026How much life is left on the tires? It does not have the "recall upgrades" for the mounts if you are referring to the new bracket and engine mount - they are original as installed. More information is beyond my knowledge sorry. It does not have the 360 camera - but it does have a reversing camera.
