2016 Mazda CX5 Diesel / Milage 165000kms / must sell, new car has arrived!   Selling our 2015 Mazda CX5 Diesel. As most people know these often have problems with the motor and this one is no exception.

Pros:

• WOF: Valid until October 2026  
• REG: due 28/02/26  
• Milage: 165000kms
• Tyres: Full set of new Firestone Destination tyres. done approx. 6000 ks along with full wheel alignment 
• RUC: has a few left
• Servicing: Current. Serviced approx every 6mths.

Cons:

• Experiencing unknown engine issues with “master warning” / “check engine” lights coming on at times (they are not always on and have come on at different times). Have experienced loss of power when the check engine light appeared. It starts and drives. Motor doesn’t burn oil, smoke or knocking.
• Has the usual scratches and interior condition of a car of this age and kms.

   Selling it is because we have a growing young family so need a bigger vehicle and don’t want to spend the money trying to determine what the issues are or fixing it. Has always been a commuter car doing high kms at open road speeds - the kind of driving a diesel loves.
