We may be able to help.

• Send us some photos of your battery and your contact details (sam@greeneden.co.nz)
• We will have a preliminary check on your battery
• Check if we could repair it or not
• Offer the estimated price
• If customer accepts our quote, just send us the battery, the charger and the key (if needed it to turn on the battery).
• If we can’t fix your battery after physically checking it, there’s no charge. (Usually, the unique BMS is faulty, so we can’t fix it.)

We can repack most brands of e-bike and e-scooter batteries in the market, including Bosch, Shimano, and all unbranded batteries. Note: Some brands of batteries, like Bosch and Shimano, use their own unique BMS (battery controller). If this BMS is faulty, we can’t help.
