Senior Skin Therapist / Laser Technician

Restore Cosmetic Medicine is a doctor-led cosmetic and skin clinic seeking an experienced Senior Skin Therapist / Laser Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who is confident, skilled, and passionate about delivering exceptional skin and laser treatments in a high-standards medical environment.

You’ll work closely with our GP cosmetic doctor and multidisciplinary team, providing advanced skin and laser treatments, contributing to treatment planning, and supporting clinical excellence across the clinic. This role also involves shared responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

About the role:

• Deliver advanced laser and energy-based treatments (laser hair removal, IPL, RF, tattoo removal, carbon facials). With an interest in growing and expanding our energy based portfolio.
• Perform professional skin consultations/ treatment planning and deliver thoughtful and thorough treatments.
• Complete accurate clinical notes, treatment records, and documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks including bookings, recalls, and patient communication as required
• Maintain clinic presentation, infection control standards, and treatment room organisation
• Support stock management, ordering, and stocktakes
• Support and mentor junior therapists as the clinic grows
• Maintain high clinical, safety, and professionalism standards at all times

About you:

• Qualified and experienced skin therapist / laser technician with Level 4 Beauty Certificate and up to date laser safety course completion.
• Comfortable working across both clinical and operational tasks
• Confident using practice management systems and general computer software
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, devices, and treatment safety
• Calm, professional, and excellent with patients
• Takes ownership, works well independently, and values quality over volume
