We are a forward-thinking renewable energy company on a mission to create a sustainable future. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative solar solutions to business and homeowners across Canterbury. We're expanding and looking for a talented Lead Solar Installer who is ready to lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solar installation.
- Manage a team of installers, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients, and foreman to ensure a timely project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solar installation and understanding of solar systems.
- Strong leader with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-orientated with good problem-solving skills.
- Electrical Registration and current practising certificate is a huge plus but not essential
- A valid driver license
