We’ve lived in this 2021 Rockwood caravan for the past 3 years, and it’s been an amazing home. Very comfortable and easy to live in for a couple — only selling because our family has grown and it’s getting a bit small with a little one.

This caravan is ideal as a stationary home, guest space, or long-term stay setup. It’s been a reliable and comfortable place to live, with everything you need.

solar runs the lights and hot water system. We have put a house fridge into it but it can come with the original 12v fridge freezer. The freezer ices over and causes the fridge to go warm. We had this problem every few weeks so decided to put our old fridge in. Hot water and internal heater is run off lpg. Works very well. Aircon works well Gas oven and stove Outdoor kitchen area Storage under the bed and under the wardrobe The dining area we have removed for a cot. I still have all of this and can be reinstalled fairly easily. We have added a cat door and still have the original window to go back in . Comes with an inbuilt sound system with a soundbar , subwoofer, speakers in the bedroom and in outside kitchen area also. We have replaced the original mattress with a super king sprung mattress . It will only come with the original foam mattress. Clean,Grey and waste water tanks. Hooked up to a macerator currently which can be included.
