2007 BMW X5 4.8I

2007 BMW X5 4.8i V8 in Black Sapphire over black Nappa leather, looked after by a genuine BMW enthusiast. Honestly, we never planned to sell. About a week before our baby was due I left a window down, water got in, and it caused what I wrongly thought was a major electrical fault. With the baby coming we bought another X5 so we would not be without a car. Months later an auto electrician traced it to one small water affected wire under the passenger seat, repaired it, and it is now completely sorted. The only reason it is going is that the replacement is an X5M I have grown attached to. I am hyper vigilant. Anything not perfect gets fixed straight away, I service ahead of intervals, and use only the best products and OEM parts. Recent work, all with receipts, well over $10,000:

New PCV/CCV crankcase ventilation system Rocker cover gaskets and plugs, 2025 (approx $3,055) Transmission and oil service, 2025 (approx $1,100) Air suspension compressor ($1,560) and rear air bag ($660) Coolant valley gaskets ($1,410) CCC/iDrive unit repaired ($2,265) Rear muffler delete by Sutherland Performance, lovely V8 note ($570) Front passenger airbag recall done by Continental Cars BMW Oil changed every six months

Ceramic coated, professionally detailed every six months for two years, no rust. Well optioned: Sports Package, Head-Up Display, Nav Professional, reversing camera, front and rear PDC, HiFi Professional DSP, Bluetooth, xenon adaptive headlights, Active Steering, Adaptive Drive air suspension, heated electric sports seats with memory, alloys. Drives beautifully, smooth and powerful. Not the most economical in town, though that depends how you drive it, and it is superb on the open road. I put the money in so it would run perfectly for years. Now you get to reap it. Oops, just realised while writing this that the WOF and rego are out. I will sort both before sale.
