Listing on behalf of our neighbour, and a great opportunity to own an affordable manual V8 Commodore. He needs a new excavator and one of his V8 Commodores needs to go to make that happen
Well priced, higher mileage, manual VY2 V8 LS1 Commodore now available for purchase.
Body and interior are, in my opinion, below average for the year but in accordance with the mileage.
Highly recommend that you view the vehicle to satisfy yourself of the condition before making any offer, but it won't disappoint at this price point.
New heavy duty clutch, power steering pump, alternator and drive belt.
Engine appears to have had some performance modifications under previous ownership (but can't be confirmed) as it goes better than expected for an LS1 of this era.
Has been lowered on aftermarket suspension and has custom exhaust. Drives well, and sounds like it should.

I reckon that if somebody was actually to view it, and was realistic enough to know that they aren't going to own it for 5 grand, they'd probably drive away in it thinking to themselves that they've scored well even if isn't a choc mint original.
