2013 Mazda BT-50 Glx S/C C/C
Background check
Description
Righto team, up for grabs is our 2013 Mazda BT-50 GLX, a proper work ute with 194,000km of character building life experience and the battle scars to prove it.
If you’re after a showroom princess, keep scrolling. If you want a ute that’s been through the trenches, carried more gear than a Sherpa, and survived drivers whose real skill is limited to winning a game of Wreakfest on PS5, then pull up a seat.
The Good Bits (there are lots):
Brand new WOF – fresh as a servo pie.
Brand new driver’s wing mirror – replaced due to “high-performance” maneuvering by someone who thinks reversing sensors are a basic human right.
Near-new tyres – ready to grip more gravel than your apprentice grips basic instructions.
Full tank of fuel – yes, FULL. That’s basically $150 of free personality.
Runs mint – it’s a BT-50, not a drama queen.
The Honest Bits:
It’s been a work ute, so yes: it has a few scratches, dents, and stories it won't talk about without a beer.
Interior is tidy-ish... let’s call it “tradie clean.”
No weird noises, no warning lights, just a solid engine that’s seen things and still gets up every morning keen for more.
The Kicker (and the best part):
This ute is manual. Yes, manual – that magical third pedal that confused half of Gen Z. So, if you think “paddle shift is life” or you’ve only ever driven something with a CVT that whines louder than your apprentice on a hot day, then this might not be the life partner for you.
But if you’re a real driver… If you want control, grunt, and the ability to stall the thing like a real man/woman/person of machinery… Then this BT-50 is ready for you.
Perfect For:
Tradies
Farmers
Weekend warriors
Anyone mourning the slow death of the manual gearbox
Someone who wants reliability without needing to pawn their tools
Price is fair. Offers are welcome, but stupidity will be ignored (looking at you, lowballers).
Keen? Flick me a message and come take it for a spin... assuming, of course you know how to drive a manual. ??

Seller comment Saturday, 13 December 2025 Can’t give you confirmation on when the manifold was done sorry as it was previously based in Christchurch and serviced by another mechanic.
