2012 Nissan Leaf

Letting go of my 2012 Nissan Leaf - a reliable and practical electric hatchback that's been a great family car. This imported model has had two NZ owners, including myself, and has been reliable around town.

This Leaf needs new brakes ($700) and then will get a WOF. Good tread left on flash sets of tyres. The upholstery in the back seat is rough because 5 years of 3 kids and sometimes our dog back there. Bought a new replacement charger about six months ago ($500). Few dings, recommend viewing. Very happy to korero with you about using electric cars if you are new to the idea.

The fully electric powertrain means no fuel costs, just charge it up at home or at public charging stations. It's quick off the mark for city driving and incredibly easy to handle with its simple controls and good visibility.
