2008 Subaru Forester 2.0L XT

Selling my 2008 Subaru Forester XT. I’ve owned it since it arrived in NZ at 55,000 km and it’s been a great car to live with — comfortable, quick when it needs to be, and genuinely enjoyable to drive. Always run on 95+ octane and serviced annually with the WOF.

This is my daily driver, so the km will increase slightly.

Recent service (April 2026) included: Engine flush + 5W30 oil + oil filter Air filter + cabin filter Power steering flush + additive 3L ATF MBL8 lifter additive Front lower arm rear bushes Front + rear sway bar bushes

Upcoming maintenance: Tyres will be needed before the next WOF 100k service items (cambelt, spark plugs, full ATF flush) — standard milestone service, not urgent, and priced accordingly Scuff on the rear bumper (shown in photos)

I’ve really enjoyed owning this Forester, and it’s been completely dependable. The only reason for selling is that I’m planning to move to a newer family vehicle.
