Please note we are in Napier, Hawkes Bay.

This has been a peppy, comfortable, economical and reliable little car for the 8 years we have owned it. It has been regularly serviced and needed no mechanical attention beyond the normal servicing needs and consumables like tires.

It is very good on fuel and we consistently get 5.5 ltr per 100 km on the run to work (40 km round trip).

The car is in good condition for its age and lineage though there are several stone chips on the front and above the windscreen. Inside, the roof lining sags a little which is a very common issue with Golf’s of this era.

We’ve really enjoyed this car over the many years we’ve had it, but we now have too many cars and it is time to pass it on to someone else who can get value from it.
