Selling our Touareg due to it is now a surplus to our family needs.
Bought our Touareg brand new in June 2017 and since it has been exclusively serviced by Tristram European, the largest VW dealer on the North Shore. The comprehensive service record, for the entirety of our 8-year-long ownership, can be provided to the potential buyer. During her latest visit to Tristram in May 2025, we have instructed the technician to clean up the carbon build up for its first time in addition to its routine servicing. Our Touareg was mainly used in urban area, so carbon build up is inevitable. Under the recommendation of Tristram, we decided to get the job done for our peace of mind and for her next family. Everything on our Touareg is up-to-date as we followed the recommendations from the VW specialist every single time during our ownership. Two brand new front tyres were installed in July 2025.
Powerful 3.0 TDI diesel engine provide 150KWs with 400Nm and 3500kgs towing capacity ideal for pulling boats, trailers, or caravans. The 4WD system handles well in all conditions. An impressive 9.8L overall fuel consumption on urban roads. 8 speed automatic transmission with sports function, Adaptive cruise control, navigation, touch screen entertainment with Dynaudio. Auto park, auto emergency brake, auto head light and auto windscreen wiper. Electric tail gate for convenience and a factory towbar.
A tailor-made floor and boot protection was installed 2 month after we took the delivery, so the interior of the vehicle has been well protected.
A total of three accidents in our ownership and we have photos of them all. From which, you can establish they were minors. Scratches on the front alloy wheels but the car body is very tidy as we clean up the dents annually.
A great pleasure to drive this largest SUV in the VW range and such driving experience as a result of premium material used to build this vehicle as well as the advanced German technology.
