My overall experience was unfortunately not very good. After purchasing the car, I contacted you regarding a beeping sound coming from the front camera area inside the car, which is quite distracting while driving and could be a safety concern. I sent an email about this issue but did not receive any response, which was disappointing. I also noticed that the car radio system is in Japanese, which makes it difficult to use. These are things that I believe should be checked and properly fixed before selling vehicles to customers. I was also informed that I would need to pay an additional $595 for Apple CarPlay, which added to my disappointment. I am not writing this to complain, but to give honest feedback so you can improve your service for future customers. Good customer service and safety should be just as important as the sale itself. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and support your customers even after they have purchased a vehicle. Thank you.
