We paid in full for the vehicle on Saturday 21 February. We picked car up after car registered and Apple car play installed on 24 February. Brought the vehicle home and it has not been able to be started since . Lodged claim and we are still waiting after 9 days for the repairer to inspect . This is poor poor service .

Team were great and easy to deal with. They didn't need to offer to trade an existing vehicle as I didn't have one to trade and didn't need to offer finance as I made it clear I was a cash buyer.

Customer service was very good. But after receiving the car, we noticed some complaints. And we called customer care; the call was not attended. We had to visit the dealership to report the complaint. After reporting it, we received an email from the workshop, saying that they will contact us. It's been more than 2 weeks. Still no updates.
