I can truely say, The best service we have experienced ever, and I do say that heavily. Appreciate the team more than they know. Starting with Jake, such a great guy to deal with, regarding the process of purchasing he was on to it from the start. Car we wanted originally was sold that day, but Jake and his great help and drive to make sure our needs were met offered us another truck, same make and model, but better. He was 100% working in a favour, a truely great guy to deal with. We were there at the yard and saw him in his element, he never treated anyone different, if it was on his mobile or face-to-face he kept the same energy with that same “Jake magic to help”. Also dealt with Nick, another member of the team, who took us through all the boring stuff but needed to be done “paperwork”. Nick made the process so clear from the start. From warranty, insurance, payments etc.. you name it he covered it with us. Kept us in the loop with everything that is happening, to what’s the next step to come. From the start of looking for a truck, to owning a new truck took under 48hours (and it was a weekend). The team also all introducing themselves individually shows the type of team they are as a whole. The Trust Family has won best dealership of the year 3 times in a row now, and we witnessed first hand why they are the best!

Trust Motors really is the #1 in NZ. The whole experience from the moment we enquired online to when we arrived into their Manukau shop was absolutely amazing. Everyone is just so awesome and lovely, friendly and very accommodating! They check in every minute how youre doing. We had no choice but to bring our very active 4 year old and they were understanding they have toys/corner for kids while you sort out the finance. A lounge with hot and cold beverage to relax. They really thought of everything! ?? recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. They offered insurance and explained in detail. We dealt with Jake and hes awesome, very knowledgeable and lovely guy overall, appreciate your help Jake! You answered all our questions and put our concerns at ease. Finance side we dealt with Danielle who was just lovely and she was very transparent with everything. We even met the owner and the manager and everyone, they seem happy and looks like a lovely place to work at.
