Description
a tiny home trailer with subfloor that is built by KDL Contracting in Whanganui in 2023 - they advertise their work on Trademe. the reason for selling: enjoying the caravan life.
the specs for the trailer and subfloor are in a photo, i upgraded the subfloor to 100x50 framing to accomodate for expol insulation, it also has extra nogs for a plywood floor. the subfloor can be detached easily if needed eg Wof for trailer. the set up can be towed with your own vehicle during day time but it will need the ‘wide load’ signs.
