Job Title: Senior Project Manager | Concrete Repair & Remediation

We are currently in an exciting phase of growth and operational refinement, including a major drive towards ISO accreditation and systems optimisation.
The Role we are looking for: An experienced Senior Project Manager to take the helm of our key remediation projects. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from estimation and planning to delivery and financial close-out. This is a leadership position where your ability to drive process, ensure strict quality compliance, and mentor junior staff will be critical.
Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: End-to-end management of concrete repair and remediation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Systems & Process: Champion the use of our internal management systems (Formitise) and support the company’s transition to and maintenance of ISO standards. Financial Control: rigorous management of project budgets, variations, and progress claims.
Leadership: Lead site teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and dispute resolution. About You
Experience: 10+ years in the construction industry, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in concrete repair, waterproofing, or structural remediation.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NZS construction contracts and H&S legislation.
Systems Savvy: Proficient in project management software; experience with Formitise is highly advantageous.
Mindset: You are process-driven with a keen eye for detail—essential for our ISO compliance goals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to the executive leadership team.
