Easy to deal with. Everything was ready when I went to the yard and finalised the sale.

Communication was poor, I was unable to go to the dealership for a couple weeks and was emailing, they tried to call once which i missed but no message or follow up and when I did call and got email replied for photos i requested I would reply and not get a reply for days until i called again. They also seemed to have no detailed information on the vehicles, best example is the tires i asked for rough estimate on tread they replied they didnt have tools which is fine however when I got the pre inspection report they are brand new tires, something which is easy to tell looking at the vehicle.

When I went to see the car, the test drive was arranged smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so I decided to buy it.
