Brian, the sale person was very willing to close the deal with me. Unfortunately he was not able to do so without permission of his manager. Brian thoughts was, $ 500.00 for my trade in was expectable an fair. But his manager offer only $ 200.00 for my trade in, wat was still in good condition, despite the high mileage. I decided, I would sell it privately in stead of trading in. The first scrapyard company I contacted, offer me $ 700,00 Instantly, so I sold it to them and the money in my bank account by pickup. So, with that experience sell it myself, I feel myself not very happy with that part for sure. If I had accepted there $200.00 trade in offer them 2 Cheap Cars has at least the $500.00 from whatever trader in there pocket. That part to get a sale finished leave me very unsatisfied. But, again all credit for Brian. And 1 star rating for his manager. Love goes on and I'm extremely happy with my car.

I felt there needed to be more staff available. Long wait for other customers to finish. Theresa was awesome and her very best on her own. No one really showed me anything about the car, during the buying process.
