Turners Rotorua

I went to turners in Rotorua to get a loan to purchase a vehicle and a staff member was awesome dropping me home and picking me up to get my vehicle which had been out to get it's service done a staff member showed and told me about the working of the vehicle very friendly and helpful staff thank you to the finance manager for the cup of coffee while I was waiting to be approved.

I was treating rudely at your Hamilton branch and told to get off the premises by your staff member when I retaliated, the service their was disgusting, I then went to your Rotorua branch and was met with a totally different attitude, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, I left feeling a lot happier and im loving my new car ?? ??

Over all good Some issues with me not being made aware of some issues with the vehicle Still waiting to hear from the claims department regarding the repair for the issues that I found upon collection
